Tom is the best home inspector I ever worked with. Tom did an excellent job for my recent purchase. He started with a game plan at the beginning with me so I had a very good understanding how it's going to be performed. He did inspect very thoroughly and after his own inspection, he explained his findings to me and of course all these findings are in his written report with photos. I highly recommend Tom for your home inspection!!!

I was hesitant to use a service like this for my 30 day Tarion but I am so happy that I have. Tom was great and found things that I would never have found. He took the time to explain the process, went through all of his findings with me in detail and then followed up same day with his report and pictures. Will definitely use again.

Tom was great - went out of his way to accommodate a day that we needed to help us meet our offer deadline.Great communicator, knows his stuff, took the time to explain things he noticed and answered all of our questions. In addition to documenting everything he notices along with pictures his report contains a list of things that every home owner should be aware of (e.g. Maintenance related, things to inspect, etc...) - great for first time home buyers. All in all, if you're looking for a home inspector definitely give Tom a call.

Has used ClearView twice and apparently I came back to Tom because he's very thorough and organized with his process, and he's very knowledgeable. I like Tom the most is that he put himself in buyer's shoes, providing valuable and balanced advice. This is all on top of a complete and comprehensive self-explanatory report, and a professional and courteous service you shall receive. Strongly recommended.
