This purely factual account is to clearly illustrate the deceitful practices and unlawful conduct of Susan and Brad Robinson, of Torpedo Marketing. - Nov. 1, 2016, Inv. #24306 was issued for the purchase of 7076 boxes. - Nov. 18, 2016, Susan Robinson confirmed via email that the payment was received in full for Inv. #24306 and production to cut and deliver the boxes started.- Nov. 29, 2016, boxes were sent , bundled, unknown quantity- Jan. 13, 2017, a complete inventory of received boxes was done, confirming that only 3596 boxes were received, which is 3480 boxes short of the order, valued at $6960 short. Email sent to Susan Robinson to clarify. No reply.- Jan.16, follow up email to Susan Robinson, no reply.- Jan 31, 2017, after several emails, we were finally able to connect with Brad Robinson in order to understand the status of the missing inventory. Brad indicated on the phone call that Torpedo would be sending no further boxes and Torpedo considers the order completed and fullfilled, knowingly and admittedly sending only 1/2 of the order.
