I just called for pricing and the girl I spoke with sounded completely unprofessional and incompetent. After asking for my address 3 times, she still couldn’t tell me if my area was covered. I see their trucks all over my neighborhood! I finally had to hang up after waiting for an answer for over 15 minutes, only to find out it’s even more expensive than my current service. No thanks! Where do you find these people?

Too slow for the price that you pay for it. Bad thing for myself is they are one of the few companies that offers service in rural areas.

With the unbelievable amount of service interruptions (daily for several hours), throttling speeds down when a large download is detected, sub-par service, and ridiculous price for what you get..I highly recommend taking your money elsewhere. For years I've dealt with this and dozens of times trying to get tech support, the answer is always "we're detecting too many devices on your network" (going into the router settings shows there is about 5, only 3 ever actively using WiFi at a time) OR "it must be your router causing a problem". Many hundreds of dollars later and a closet full of routers, I had my own tech wizard check out all the settings and hardware on the router. Needless to say, it's not the dozens of routers. There's plenty of documentation to show the blatant ripoff and intentional throttling of speed. As of now, don't waste your money.

I've been using this service for about a month now, and so far so good. Use it to work from home, and have had no issues with reliability. The speeds also match what they advertised. Not cheap, but far exceeds speeds of my previous provider.

Internet goes down for 2 hours every night between 2 and 4 am I work a 3rd shift job so when I'm off I keep my sleep schedule and I would like my internet to be on 24/7 especially since I'm spending money on Internet that is over priced

I think they do maintenance on it regularly during the day on weekdays or something because it regularly seems to go out for an hour or longer between 12-5. Sadly this is when I need it to work. It's slow but reliable most of the other times (unless it's storming). Even with the more expensive plan :( too bad it's the only option that isn't satellite in rural Southwest Missouri.

Slowest internet ever. Have the best router I could find. We use our phones hot spot to watch Netflix or download or upload anything. Tech came out and I’m not sure that’s probably the best your going to get. Customer support is really not much help. I have no idea why we keep this service.
