I was supposed to have representative Randy to my house to cook my 13 guests a wonderful dinner and receive my $500 worth of cookware (for having 3 married couples at the dinner). However, 4 minutes before he was due to arrive at my house, and all my guests were already in route to my house, he texted me to cancel. He couldn't even pick up a phone to call me. I will make it my mission to let everyone know how horrible Towncraft and representative Randy are. The worse customer service ever. I wasted $100 trusting Towncraft and representative Randy. I will never make that mistake again. Now, I'm out $100 and no free cookware (which I supposedly won).
