Feedback:

We have been using Townsquare Media for their Ignite Program since Dec. 2017 and their Website Design and Maintenance since Feb. 2018. We have multiple pages that are not ranking at all. We have Tabs that go nowhere, complete areas of our website empty with just Tabs only. I have and the staff who help monitor the website when they have time - we have hired TownSquare because we are not able to babysit our websites performance - and they have not been able to get certain things updated after multiple emails this summer and or aspects of our website functional. We have invested $16,000+ with them and our websites appearance is so poor that we don't want to continue paying to send people to an incomplete website. Outside of a generated monthly report we have not been given any actual guidance from a technical/digital end of what our website needs to be prominent on google, to get our pages ranked, how to utilize SEO terms as keywords, and other things our staff doesn't have skills in to help guide us. We contact their team when we realize something is wrong, placed incorrectly, and or doesn't work. Not Vice Versa. They did fix a billing error a while back and we did receive our refunds correctly. The sales team and the website team have always been nice and kind. But we are at our wits end completely and are totally unprepared for growth this typically busy season ahead. We have only survived since May and maintained our numbers primarily from our Word of Mouth and referrals and FB. We have even double down on our FB targeted ads because we so get so many phone calls from them and patients from them. However, that has doubled our digital marketing budget. I did also added two Google Ads this week and more images through our business portal and that has helped our Google Business analytics more in a week than all summer. Easy to say I am disappointed. Certainly after sharing my prior scenario with a local web guy who also didn't complete our Medical Spa website. They said they would get us up and running and we are still far from that. Nice people, but not worth the money in our experience.
