Business reputations are impacted by various factors. These factors include customer service, product quality and employee conduct. Based on the conduct of Tracy Sign's employees, I would not elrecommend doing business with the them. Their commercial vehicle failed to comply with California law by using the carpool lane on Hwy 99 in Sacramento morning rush-hour traffic. Not only are commercial vehicles prohibited from using the lane, but on this occasion, the Tracy Sign vehicle was also impeding the flow of traffic in the commuter lane by traveling far slower than necessary and had a 1/2 mile of open lane ahead of them. The lane is in place to promote the flow of traffic during commute times, not for use of dawdling commercial vehicles.
