I asked for a quick turn on some business cards and requested they be printed on a thick stock. We where told they could do this for us. When I arrived I paid for the cards, opened them to find they where nothing better than what I could have done on my own printer and the card stock was basically thin printer paper. When I told them I was unhappy with the product, I found out quickly they where not going to even have a discussion about making it right, but would rather spend the entire time defending why the cards the printed where so terrible. I cant trust the quality anymore. As a downtown business owner I think its a shame I can't help another downtown business because they never tried to make it right.

Super pleased with speed and price, a bit disappointed in the final digital print. It seems to be speckled in some areas, and the fine text is rather hard to read even with the artwork being vector. It almost looks like pointillism for the finer text. I did use a thick uncoated cover, so I assume that is where my issue possibly stems from since I generally deal with offset at work. Overall, satisfied and will be back since I was on a tight deadline. Next time I'll have a physical proof made if the schedule allows and revise the artwork from there.

After 24 years I needed a new looking business card. Surveyors tend to be black and white, all numbers and no imagination. Ali took the information I had and developed the look I wanted with the information I needed. And she smiled the whole time. Wonderful job.

Traders prints our rack cards and business cards. We are 100% happy with both! We had our business cards printed by another company before we found Traders, and that other company did a horrible job cutting the round corners. Traders was nice enough to fix the corners on some of those cards to hold us over until they could get our new cards printed. Their customer service is excellent whether you are going through their website, ordering via phone, or at their storefront. They are very professional all the way around.

Traders is great! I needed wedding invitations and had a small order, but they were always prompt and friendly with their answers and the proofs for different parts of the invitations. I really liked how open they were to different directions and styles. They really made me feel like my project was a priority for the whole shop and I loved the end result!
