Overall Feedback:

My husband and I made the unfortunate choice to go with Trails of Memories as our photographer and videographer. It took Sujan almost an year to give us our highlight video. This was only after much persistence from our part - He had multiple excuses throughout the year for not having our products complete and often extended the date every time we contacted him. Even today we have not received the edits that we requested for our video and he continues to ignore our emails and calls.He picks and chooses the clients he gives quality service to. Though he promised us that he would be at our wedding to take our wedding pictures, he skipped out on the wedding and told us that he was sick but was seen on Instagram posting stories at another wedding.
