We've had Tranquility Internet as our net provider over the course of years & in that time we've experienced excellent customer service, but we've also experienced semi regular to regularly intermittent & unreliable internet connections; we can't get anything done on our computers at home, so we travel to find a good signal wherever & whenever it's possible.

I have had horrible experiences with the speed of this internet. First, I live in the center of town. No issues with cell service. Started out with the basic internet...wasn't even fast enough to check my email. Upgraded and paid $100 for an outdoor modem and $20 more each month--guess what? I can check my email, but it takes MINUTES to load. After numerous phone calls, shelling out even more money it is impossible to do anything. I am using up most of my phone data plan to do what I should be able to do with Tranquility internet. The people that work there are polite--but their service is a joke.UPDATE 5/15/14: After another phone call, Kevin sent the team to check out the connection at the house. Turns out, our outdoor modem needed to be replaced and it was configured to receive signal from the wrong tower. Now that those things are corrected, our speed is great. No complaints so far (it has only been two days, though). I wish they had listened to me the first time...well, first 5 times...but now that the issue is corrected the service seems to be fine.

Excellent Customers Service as well as the Internet Service. I use them for my business downtown and the service has always been fast and reliable. It was so easy to connect. I highly recommend this local family owned company!
