Hard to deal with. Sending invoices to the wrong offices, won't let me pay with a credit card. Tried to force me to sign an MSA to buy licenses from them - some of their rates were 300/hour. Refused to sign so they cancelled my backup service. I guess they did not need my business. Requested to have a manager or owner call me - no call. Whatever.
