We have been a client with Treefrog for a few years now and their staff used to be amazing. They seemed to genuinely care about their clients and worked really well with them. I love that they are a local business and always try to support local when I can. Unfortunately, they seem to be having a real struggle holding onto their staff. Out of my team (5 Treefrog employees) that we have been working with all of them are no longer there. It is a real shame as we had a really good thing going with them, right up to the spring time. Now, they won't do anything they had said they had already done or would do without me paying extra money. Not to mention the amount of time I have already invested in developing strategies and plans, they are holding us hostage at our most busy time, it's not right to treat people like this.Hopefully they can turn it around and become great again, but for now - be aware!
