I write this to express the lack of stability and ethics displayed by Treefrog and its management. This company DOES have good qualities and this review comes as a last resort to express my dissatisfaction with recent service provided by Treefrog via google review. The fact the owner has expressed that if I do write this review that they will further attack my character and business was a tipping point. Other business owners need to be made aware of. It was expressed in our conversation that its 'just business" and this is why I will be attacked in return. This is not business..... business is creating relationships with people to further improve each others success. In this day of computers and internet being a large part of our communication and marketing for a company that is paid to assist and improve your platform to say they will use this against you is very disheartening and displays their true colors. If you have issues with money management, time sheet etc. DO NOT expect Treefrog to treat you kindly or respectfully. They will lack communication and shuffle the blame. This is all I have to say on this issue and feel it is my duty to make future clients aware that this company does not have my future support and I will not be bullied into silence. I wish all small businesses success and love our town of Newmarket. I have never had an issue with any suppliers in our years of business and tried to resolve the issue multiple times over the year. Please look internally to correct these issues for future clients. I wish TreeFrog and there staff success in Newmarket and hope this review inspires some change for the betterment of there service and there hardworking clients alike. I had hoped you would change your approach with new clients to improve your services and possibly be more accountable and approachable. ( I guess not). Maybe you should look within, on your credit card policies to correct these issues. Or speak to the staff member who falsely continued to bill our card through YOUR company to google. If your going to manage peoples cards you need to stop paying google with them when instructed to do so. Its rather simple. If any one has this issue I urge them to demand their money back and not allow TREE FROG to run them around and make false accusations.This owner is dishonest and keeps changing his comments on my review to attempt to make me look poorly. Just as he threatend. This has become sad and concerning. Please stop revising your comments and lieing. So sad.
