changed my domain/website to trekksoft and ordered the SSL certificate also. i did wait a long time and i already do waiting for the installation. can't find my website in google search anymore. before i hat a really good ranking! support doesn't help. i did no business over the last two weeks. sorry trekksoft, but this is really bad for your customers!

Im tour and activity seller in treksoft.. They wil cal only they want me to pay the subscription charges.. It almost 1 month i havnt recieved my pending payment of 900$ i tried to contact them many time by email they are not even giving reply to mail.. Worst and poor customer support when its matter about payout.. Worst experience with treksoft.. Im about giving negative rating to their service(payout)

Davon abgesehen, dass man jedes Mal einen anderen Mitarbeiter am Telefon hat, der dann auch nicht Bescheid weiß. Buchten sie obwohl es sich nur um ein Test Abo handelte, ist das Geld über meine Kreditkarte ab. Jetzt kann ich zu sehen wie ich es zurückbekomme.
