Feedback:

The owner's son & his girlfriend have deleted their reviews, but suddenly there's a flood of five-star reviews in the same day. I'm sure those are every bit as real, honest and above-board as the ones that were removed :) Tri-Copy's reprehensible actions & solicitation of bogus reviews more than speaks for itself, and anyone would be a fool to do business with them when there are so many reputable companies to choose from. If my honest opinion of my experience is considered "egregious" by people with such questionable ethics, I'm okay with that. This company employs underhanded and borderline reprehensible tactics when they're met with negative feedback, and I urge anyone thinking of doing business with them to consider how those tactics could affect you personally if you also have a negative experience with Tri-Copy. It certainly makes one wonder how many other negative reviews were taken down because of this type of bullying. Mr. Mills, if you think that you can intimidate me into removing my review, think again. Shame on you.Mr. Mills called me after my original review and I appreciated it at first, but in the end it really only served to show that the problem is one of the company's culture - as does the fact that when he couldn't persuade me to take down the review, he retaliated by mentioning my company, my position at the company, and our office location in his response - all while disingenuously saying he "supports my right" to voice my opinion. For the record, yes I am Susie Brummer from AFP Manufacturing in Peachtree City, and yes, my terrible experience with Tri-Copy was absolutely compounded by the operations manager's and owner's questionable behavior and reactions to my honest opinion and experience. I stand by my review 100%.Original review: We had a terrible experience with this company - the technician took a part off our copier and disposed of it without asking, the parts department said they'd try to track down the part and promised to follow up and then didn't. It's an older copier so it isn't all that surprising that they couldn't help us, but the less-than-stellar experience we had with them meant I decided not to do business with them again. Fast forward to today, when a young salesman came to our office. My assistant filled him in on the issues we'd had. He seemed genuinely concerned and returned later with Jeff, the operations manager. Jeff proceeded to pooh-pooh my concerns, insisting that the service technician had done nothing wrong and basically being completely dismissive of the problems we had with Tri-Copy. Those problems included his parts manager listing me as Lisa, not Susie, in his notes. I later found out that this is because apparently no one at Tri-Copy is all that concerned about who they're speaking with - I know this because Jeff (who identified himself as being with Konica, not Tri-Copy) called to complain about me and had the pleasure of speaking with me about it. He insisted that he had been completely professional (he hadn't) and that he had apologized (he also hadn't). He also insisted that he was a great salesperson who has trained many other great salespeople - apparently by showing them everything they shouldn't do. As I told Jeff, if he had simply apologized for his company dropping the ball and asked how they could make it right, I may have changed my mind and talked to him about replacing our obsolete Sharp. As it is, I would like to assure Jeff and everyone at Tri-Copy that not only will we never do business with your company, but I am going to be very vocal about this experience as well. And for anyone reading this review, especially those of you who aren't officers of your company as I am, be aware that if Jeff is unhappy with his interaction with you, rather than learning from the experience and trying to do better next time, he will instead research the officers of the company and call to try to get you in trouble. But luckily for you, he probably won't remember your name.
