Feedback:

Spent more time wanting to point fingers than find solutions on a very small manageable order. Resorted to argumentative & belligerent behavior, hanging up on my staff member, and demanding payment over an order which was promised before Christmas, but will not be completed until Dec. 27th. Totally unacceptable and will never recommend.
