When arrived with clients the receptionist was not very friendly & not all the paperwork was ready when we arrived, although they had for a couple of days. Clients felt a bit rushed through the process & not all the paperwork was explained to them thoroughly. Had to help with the explanations.

Seemed competent and closed in a reasonable time and no issues discovered after the fact. Escrow agent was also great and went through the contract forms and was responsive (except for as noted, below). 5 stars.2 star overall for high title co fees added on (courier, "escrow" fee for their services, etc) that they refused to disclose until the day prior to closing, even though I asked specifically in advance for any of their fees they would add on. I guess it's their business model to hide fees and rush people through and only advertise to real estate agents rather than actual customers. They also required signing a form allowing them to disclose all personal information to third party advertisers. When I inquired if there was an opt-out, they said they never share or sell any information. Kind of doubtful why they'd require the form then...
