Client Review on Triumph Brewing Company

We have been going to Triumph's Octoberfest for years. We took friends this year and I was embarrassed. The beer was excellent - as always. The food was terrible. I ordered goulash and got a lamb shank with burnt carrots - when I asked I was told that this was the chef's version of goulash. My wife had the sauerbraten and she got beef stew (with burnt vegetables) on sauerkraut, no sauce, no red cabbage. Our friends had schnitzel and it was thick and tough. And there were no desserts at all. Obvious;ly they did not care what they were serving. I don't know what happened - they used to have a great chef, but we will never go back.
