I literally rejoiced when I saw how well my last name was placed on my t-shirt and sweater. Even after machine wash, the letters didn't fade out or get any scratch. Dave (store owner) was really nice from the beginning and gave me 50% discount just for getting them couple days later than told (thermo printer wasn't available at the moment). I'll definitely revisit his store next time I need something done.
