There are no negative reviews on Chemar Enterprises

Feedback:

I was approached by a christian client who wanted to use a christian web hosting company. I found Truepath online and hosted with them. All things seemed fine until they asked that I change my nameservers for an infrastructure change that they made. When I did my clients email stopped working. It took them 4 days to correct the issue, with the solution being that I reset my nameservers back to the previous name servers. I am now being asked again to change my nameservers again (I'm sure it is so they can continue their modifications, understandable). As anyone could imagine I am a little skeptical and hesitant to do as they ask until I can verify that my clients email will work (the last time this occurred my client was in the middle of a deal and email was very important to them at that time, don't really want to put them through that again. They should not have gone through it in the first place). When I expressed my concerns I was told to 'check the cpanel for their dns settings'. Their current cpanel is fine, which is why their email is currently working, my concern, of course, is that the new system will not be working. So far I have received very little assistance from their 'support'. I am spending my afternoon chasing down details that should not be an issue in the first place (i.e. how do I view their dns settings for the new server). They are a hosting company, it is their only job. At this point I can not recommend this company in good faith, as they have failed to provide a 'good' hosting experience to my client. The small amount of money that I have made reselling their service has been long gone, this is now a money loser. I am in the middle of the current change and will update this with the outcome.--UpdateOne of their level II support guys (thanks Steven) came to the rescue and checked out all the settings for me. Steven you have restored my faith in the support at Truepath. Really appreciate your help. This is the experience I would expect from a hosting support team. Thanks again.
