Trumpia is one of the most innovative mobile marketing companies out there today, and they provide a very robust, and easy-to-use text messaging and marketing automation platform. They have friendly and responsive customer support staff who want to see your business succeed and are very competitively priced with other providers that offer similar services. If you are a single shop looking to grow your business with texting, or a huge multi-location franchise, Trumpia has a solution to fit your needs and budget. I've used them for 7 years and counting and wouldn't dream of switching. They are constantly making improvements to the software and listen to customer feedback to improve their product. The biggest reason we use Trumpia is the TCPA compliance that is built in to ensure your customers aren't spamming, and the 100% up-time they have. In all the years I've used them we have never had an issue with outage or having the system be down. I HIGHLY recommend Trumpia to any business who wants grow a loyal customer base. They have the tools to do the job!

Platform could use some major updates. It constantly times out if you're not on it 24/7 and it doesn't notify you if someone texts you back. As a business you don't have time to constantly refresh the window to see who responds. Not worth the $$$

I would not recommend you using this company. For starters, the salesmen are misleading but on paper the talk is totally different. I did not get straightforward answers when it came to the plan I purchased. You're not purchasing credit, you're purchasing time and you will lose everything you use or don't use if that time expires. Also, the back office is ancient and doesn't match the price. Believe the other reviews about the system needing to be upgraded. I am totally dissatisfied with the conniving verbage that was used during my transaction. You can also read my complaint in further detail on the BBB site as well. I would use another pay as you go company and let trumpia be your very last resort.
