Joe Johns was very helpful and was able to convert my video (from a mini cassette to DVD & digital file) that was stuck in my JVC camcorder for 13 years so that I am now able to see priceless video of my daughter when she was a baby. I can't thank him enough. Very prompt service as well. Had my video ready in just 2 days!! So grateful for the chance to view this video again, and for years to come!
