The TSV team is excellent! They took full responsibility for the installation/retrieval of our lights, checked in personally the day of the event, and were available during the event. The lighting schematic was tailored to our space, transforming the gym into an elegant venue. Amazing customer service!

The entire process with TSV was simple and concise. They responded quickly to any message I sent them with updated gear needs, getting updated quotes, and we're quick to help when last minute needs popped up when on site. The crew I had help setup and tear down the event were stellar, even helping us move our own personal items (which were not light) out of the building so we could all go home faster. Next time I have an event in St. Louis, I would definitely use them again!

I am a student at WashU and TSV was the light and sound for our dance performance event. We have used their services for many years and their service has become worse over time. They arrived late, were unable to do sound checks with our live band, and were not respectful to our student group. One such incident was when we asked the person who was supposed to maintain the sound board to play our playlist when the performers of each group went on stage. Instead he completely left the sound board and gave it to the students to control halfway through the performance. While we may be students, that does not mean that a sound/light company should not give us a quality service that we had paid for.

The guys here were very responsive to email and helpful over the phone and in person about what sort of equipment we needed for our event. We had one small issue with the equipment (not their fault) that they took care of immediately. Would recommend to a friend or family.
