Several years ago (26) Turncraft retrofitted my grandfather clock with chime with a quartz battery clock part. They were very gracious to me and my precious clock. Forward 26 years and my clock fell off the wall, (Humpty Dumpty) and after it was repaired took it to Turncraft for a new clock mechanism. They fixed my clock free of charge and were very aware how important the clock was to me. They couldn't of been more helpful. Thank you Turncraft employees.
