I've been a happy TurnkeyInternet customer since early 2014...and these guys rock. All the support staff are great no question about it. Occasionally something will get escalated to the NOC and you might get Autumn to fix your issue in a jiffy. Highly recommended for all types of hosting: VPS, Shared, Dedicated... Fast Network and reliable. I've had them all and You can't go wrong!

The support department is extremely responsive to support tickets, emails, and phone calls - and I contact them via all methods depending on the issue. No question is too dumb (and trust me I have asked them all). They take the stress of managing the server off of me so I can worry about my clients.
