We contacted Twelve12 because we needed a brand video, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Everything about the work they did for us went so far above and beyond our expectations. Of course, we had our expectations and desires for what the video should look like, but we came to Twelve12 with an open mind, and we were rewarded with a hip brand video that makes our company look good! From the same video shoot, we also received a ton of shorter video clips to be used for social media. During the shoot, we were struck by the level of service that the Twelve12 team showed. Everything, from guiding the shoot, to the quality of work of the talent they recruited, helped to make the day go smoothly, and it shows in the Hollywood quality of the final product!Most importantly, Ike was able to help us by providing guidance in our overall strategy for the videos. This put us at an advantage right from the start. There are a lot of branding and marketing agencies in the Orange County area, but there is only one that is like Twelve12. Let me tell you what sets them aside. First off, the team is extremely personable and makes sure that all of your goals are hit, while being straight forward and realistic. In addition to this, I was astounded by how great the communication was, I was always in the loop about the work being done. Lastly, they genuinely care for their clients, as should everyone, but the team at Twelve12 is sincere when it comes to their client relations. If you are looking to get any marketing help in the Orange County area, Twelve12 should be at the top of your list.

Let me begin with how kind and genuine the team is, they treat you like family. When it came to the branding and knowledge in marketing that this team has, it is absolutely incredible. The creative director Ike is really knows what brands need, and what the consumer wants. Very easy to work with. We've got pretty good return (ROI) from their campaigns. Its a boutique agency so you receive customized service. They make the free revisions until they make you happy. Highly recommended if you need a long term partner rather than a one time job.
