If you want just a basic bed with a roof over your head with no bells or whistles, this would do. I booked a room for my adult kids to stay one night, so they did not have to drive home in the dark. This did the trick. Would I stay in this myself while on holiday? I would say I wouldn't. Needs a kitchen with a sink to clean dishes. Turning on the toilet light at night revealed a number of cockroaches running for shelter. The owners need to eliminate these unwelcome guests. Apart from this, the unit being just one room with a double bed and two single rooms and a seperate bathroom was reasonably tidy. Vacuum cleaner on the path outside the room for the whole stay spoke for itself. We are coming back to Mooloolaba next year, and the kids will probably come for a visit as well. They want to stay next time in somewhere different.

Room smelled of damp. Door to room didn't close properly. Dirty glass, shoe lace, plastic ties and other rubbish in room. Shocker
