Where do I even start? Okay, so lets start with the staff. They are so rude and have the worst attitudes ive ever seen in an office position. Everyone in that front office needs to take a lesson in customer service. The place is filthy and outdated. Walk down any hallway and all you smell is curry and body odor. Now onto the apartment itself. The microwave was too big for the designated space so the door wouldnt open all the way, the tile was coming up on the bathroom floor. The vanity was so cheaply made the cardboard like side was coming off. The bath tub was grossly stained and the front door knob was broken. I had to lift up the doorknob to lock it. If you dont think its bad yet it gets worse. I travel alot with my job and i was out of town for a week and my apartment flooded ( on the second floor) by the apartment above me and maintenance came into my apartment and did nothing to clean up the water!!!! They left it and didnt even tell me it had happened!!! It gets even better! Not even a month later im out of town again and the apartment above me flooded my apartment again!!! Yes, again! And guess what? They didnt tell me that time either! I came home to my floors covered in an inch of water and everything was ruined even in my closet where things were folded on the floor. This place is so bad i left before the lease was up and never looked back! I moved to tysons corner and it was a world of a difference. BEWARE of this DUMP!

Ending my 1 year lease this month and am moving on to another apt in Arlington but this past year has been an absolute pleasure! Best price for quality meets location with great resident amenities and neighborhood shopping. Also with an excellent/professional maintenance and management team. Special shout out goes to Henry White and Mike Grant!

Great and convenient location in Falls Church.Lived here for year away from college and had an amazing experience.Starting from the concierge team all the way upto the leasing office team , they are always there to help the residents and make it a fun and lovable place to live in.Eaves fairfax towers provides a lot of amenities, their shuttle service helps metro users to commute at a free cost.After having a long and tiring day they have an amazing pool and gym where one can relax all their stress off.In all it’s an amazing place to live at with amazing people ready to help make it a wonderful experience.

I have lived in this development for many years. Always have been pleased and satisfied with the cooperation from the management office personnel and also always satisfied with the service that I received from the maintenance staff when requested. Any questions or problems that I may have had, whoever I talked to was always courteous and very helpful. This development is conveniently located for stores (within walking distance - grocery, restaurants, etc.), taxi service, and bus service right outside the apartment. There is also a shuttle from the development to the metro.I have thoroughly enjoyed living here and plan on continuing doing so.

I lived here for a year (2015-16) and couldn’t wait to leave. The hallways always smelled like food, the trash disposal gets jammed and no one apparently thinks to report it to maintenance, the hallways were also dark and narrow, and you can near people having parties and playing music after 11pm. There were many residents terrified of dogs, even small ones which makes the narrow hallways even worse. I’ve found broken glass in the dog park. Another resident told me that an altercation occurred in the lobby, which almost turned into a knife fight and the cops had to be called.The hot water lasts for only about 5 minutes. There no time for a person to even wash their hair. Showering was a nightmare and the problem wasn’t fixed by a replacement heater.Our rent was reasonable the first year but they tried to increase it over $150 per month for a renewal. Thankfully we got out of here before we had to accept. The staff was always nice and maintenance did things in a timely fashion.The only good thing about this place was the location because of work. Once my husband got a new job in Fairfax, we couldn’t move out of here fast enough.

Have been here since couple of years and the maintenance service is very good and quick. No complaints. Has been a very good experience living here. The apartments are close to metro and have a shuttle service and is very convenient, and Trader Joe's and Whole Foods are opposite and at a walking distance.
