Despite my problem leading to nothing but a Pyrrhic Victory (not much achieved at great cost - in this case time), Neil was still very helpful and easy to understand. He even stayed 3 or 4 hours after the shop closed to make sure I got my phone back the same day! I truly appreciate the effort and care put in. 10/10 will be going back.

I had my screen replaced on an I phone xs max and I just wish I left my screen shattered. My 3D Touch only works if you press on the screen like your tying to break it, my keyboard sticks, and anything to do with the touch screen on my phone is pretty bad. I also had to go in 4 days in a row because of apple shipping defective products and products with missing parts. Whether it was apple or not it was annoying because It took them 4 days to do a bad job fixing my phone. Just drive to DFW and find a professional not a nerd.

Have been in several times with good results. Then apparently I caught the owner in, and he wants to charge $35 to clean my cellphone microphone every few weeks. It takes three minutes max and doesn't last. When I explained his employees would do it for $5 or $10 each time, he threw me out of store.

After a very nice email I've just received from TX Nerd in regards to the service I received today I am updating my review to a neutral rating. I appreciate a business that apologizes for mistakes and does what is right to rectify the situation. After all my issue was not with the repairs but the service. Everyone has a bad day. I'll update this review again after I've had a chance to experience the quality of the repair. Also our other device we had repaired here is working just as it should thus far so I'm confident I'll update with a good rating.
