I have had the most horrible experience with this company and it's owner, Jason. I hired hi to create a "unique" logo. He told me that he creates all logos from scratch. Told me if I wasn't happy with the logos, I'd get a full refund. I provided him with a very detailed briefing of what I was looking for in my new company design. It took quite some time to even get anything from Jason as he kept coming up with excuses as to why it was taking so long such as "my computer broke and I have to get a new one".. When I finally did receive the logos, they were absolutely HORRIBLE. Nothing creative about them and I still have them if anyone would like to see them for yourself to make your own judgement .. but one was a key.. I mean come on.. what is unique about a key in the real estate industry... the others were just the name of my company in cursive.. one of the logos is being used by another company... and one was an exclamation point.. which I did like... I was going to go with that but after discussing it with my partner, we decided that it just wasn't what we were going for and so I asked Jason if he could create a few more logos and he absolutely did not want to do that. I sent him a logo from the net that I had found that I thought captured what I was going for and asked if he could create something like it.. he went on some long tirade about how he could get in trouble if he made me something like it however, he had already sent me a logo that was being used by another company.. but nonetheless.. I was not happy with the work he did. I sent him a ton of emails trying to work with him but he ignored all of them. I still have all of the emails.. He never reached out to me. I finally called him and he was nothing but rude to me. He made a racist comment that I took offense to. He sent me emails that were rude and insulting. He also told me that he didn't care about his reputation. He said "who lives and dies by their reputation".. I told him I wanted a full refund and he said no! He said he does not have any policies or contracts specifically for issues like this. If there is not policy or contract, there is nothing to say in writing that he will give you your money back. I submitted a complaint to the BBB and he has just been responding with more insults and sexist remarks. He refuses to give me a full refund because he says that he did work whether it was good or bad.. he should be paid because he did some work. I am still trying to get my money back and Jason is still fight it. I would never use this company ever again!!!!!!! Horrible
