I have worked with one of their lead programs and designers, Justin Doyle, for years and he originally brought the graphic heavy Forge website to life. Recently, I got into a complex e-commerce maintenance issue on my website and they stepped in and fixed it with speed and competence. We worked with Tyler and his team for the creation of our work website. This included everything from the design of our logo, shooting video, and content for the website itself. They are not only fun to work with but they do an incredible job. We have been so pleased with what they have created for us. We continue to work with them to optimize our marketing and I can't see that changing anytime soon!

The Tytanium Ideas team went far above my expectations for building my website. I originally tried to create my own website and it had always been a struggle until I got on board with Tytanium. They took the time to figure out what I had built before, who my company was, what we wanted to portray to our clients, my demographics of viewers and potential buyers, and so much more. Every step of the way they helped to explain web jargon to me, show me different options, new and exciting tech plugins, all while keeping on schedule. I used to be embarrassed about my website before Tytanium, but now I’m ecstatic to be sharing it!The two most important characteristics of Tytanium Ideas, in my opinion, is their jovial family style of welcoming you to their team while treating you like they care about you and your needs, and also that they cared deeply about providing real value to me and my company. It is rare to find a company in any industry that talks, performs, and delivers with the caliber of care and passion that Tytanium does.

I have worked with Tytanium on a number of items for my agency. They have always exceeded expectations. The whole team is easy to work with and always get the job done. I would refer them in a heartbeat.

This is by far the worst marketing company to work with. Not only did Danielle, one of the employees, admit to our faces that she did NOT do the work she promised, they charged a ridiculous amount of money for little to no progress. We were given empty promises, poor communication, and they certainly did not meet the goals they reassured us they would reach for us.The worst of it, Danielle hacked into our Facebook page and is illegally changing our marketing. She deleted us, THE OWNERS, of the business from our own page and deleting anything we post to market our business. Clearly we are seeking legal action, but they are just horrible people. If they had any success in their business, clearly they wouldn't be so petty to interfere with ours. Trust me, don't waste your money. Anything they did can easily be done through a platform they used..no marketing degree needed to use Hubspot (which is the only platform they used and can easily be purchased on its own!!)

We had the worst experience with Tytanium Ideas. We hired Tytanium to put us on map in media marketing. They promised us the huge increase in business and all we received is a HUGE monthly bill from Tytanium. As the president of a small business I would not recommend Tytanium to do what they promise. I have to give 1 star for my review to be posted. They do not get any stars from our business.
