Collaborating with Colin and the Ubisan team is a pleasure. From a client perspective Ubisan are patient and explain what is and isn't possible in clear terms. In terms of cost they are always transparent and willing to suggest better ways to allocate budget. Highly recommended.

Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are crooks. The director is not only MEAN, our "bespoke theme" was created so that we can't make any changes ourselves and have to pay for every single thing as it requires coding.We used them to host for several years as well and for two weeks while we were recruiting, our womens charity site was down due to Ubisan and it was redirected to "I love a lassie". We had to pauly overtime to staff to send out application packs to people bc the website was down. Not one apology from the company, nor any rush in fixing it. No refund for anything either.Absolutely horrific customer service and they are an awful company. Do not use.

I would highly recommend Colin and the Team at Ubisan. They were patient, personable and took the time to understand our business. All queries and alterations were dealt with promptly and with no fuss. The result was a website and service that exceeded our expectations increasing our web presence.

I have worked with Colin at Ubisan for a number of years now and found Ubisan to be an excellent organisation who are easy to work with and full of know-how. Ubisan originally provided an e-commerce website for my employer SSUK which has been continually developed over time. The resulting relationship has grown to the stage where we have partnered on projects and SSUK has harnessed Ubisan's creativity and expertise to provide web solutions for our clients utilising a range of AV equipment such as interactive touchscreens which has proven particularly popular for exhibitions and museums.
