WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS. Very unorganized, very unprofessional, favors who come there regularly, and load them before you though you've been sitting there for 2 hours. My driver checks in 0905 and waits for 2.5 hours to finally get called. It took 1 hour to load him a load of LUMBER!!!!! and he's been sitting there for last 45 min to have someone come out to give him a paperwork. NOBODY has come out yet. They won't pay you detention pay, they told my driver it will take max 1.5 hours to have him finish up when he first checked in. and THEY ARE LIARS. Please do me a favor, and don't waste your time doing loads for them. specially if you are a small business owner or driver. Because this load ain't worth waiting for a small pay.
