Attending “Get Found on Google Search and Maps” was a godsend for my business. Since joining Edible Nashville -- a local food magazine -- from issue one as the senior editor, a particularly frustrating aspect has been the low hit rate of our stellar website. We put a lot of work into what we do and want people to see it! The workshop, led by a very knowledgeable and personable individual, Zach Durbin, quickly demystified the free Google tools that are accessible to me. Durbin also provided a number of helpful tips which our team has already implemented at Edible. My personal favorite is learning how to use Google Posts, a tool that allows us to partner with area restaurants for weekly specials. Our hit rate is already starting to grow!
