UkrInSofT ist eine vom Inhaber geführte Firma für Softwareentwicklung, mit der ich mehr als 10 Jahre zusammen gearbeitet habe. Für große Projekte hatten wir grundsätzlich fest zugewiesene Softwareentwickler über einen langen Zeitraum von teilweise mehreren Jahren, bei kleineren Projekten hatten wir wiederum keinen direkten Kontakt zu den Entwicklern, sondern haben die Ziele mit je nach Projekt wechselnden Managern vereinbart. Wie bei outsourcing üblich, gab es hier und da auch mal Verständnisprobleme oder Misskommunikation, aber wir fanden immer eine gute Lösung. Auch wenn es nicht notwendig gewesen wäre, haben wir das UkrInSofT-Team sogar einmal in L'viv besucht, passend zur Fußball-WM.

This is IT company based in Ukraine covering almost all business needs in software development starting from website to a complex On-Premise solutions. One of a strongest sides is security solutions. I am using their developers for more than 3 years and it is very successful for me. They are reliable partner of my Web Agency located here in Munich.
