Called Ultimate because my elderly grandfather was in a bind...no sound from the TV he just purchased...I called their main number...Alicia took the call...very nice...and James was able to come out the same day and get him up and running! My Papa is difficult to please and James was able to explain everything and take care of his issue with ease...very professional... highly recommend! Best in Boerne for sure!!

What an outstanding company! These people provide top notch service. I have been very happy with my set up, but have been even more pleased that when I had a warranty issue with the equipment, Ultimate Theater took care of everything for me. Highly recommend!

After several calls to companies in the area, I called Ultimate Home Theater. No job was too small, prices were competitive and customer service was quick and absolutely professional. There were no up-sales attempted nor did I feel like I was being pressured into getting items I did not want or need. Ultimate Home Theater has earned all of my future business and will be my only stop for home entertainment needs.
