I've been trying to get off this company's junk-email list for the last six months. Every time I call, I get told that I'm being put onto their do-not-mail list, yet they continue spamming me. Today I called to speak with someone in charge; I got transferred to six different people, and finally sent to a general voice-mail recorder. Their support people are actually more helpful than their managers; at least the support people were able to confirm that they did send the emails, and that they found me on their email list. The people I talked to today all simply played dumb, said it wasn't their job, tried to pawn me off on someone else.
