My home audio receiver of 10 years finally crapped out, and i reached out to this company for advice. I got a response by phone within 10 minutes from Joe. He asked me a lot of good questions and we determined that I'm just not in the market for the very high-end equipment this company sells. So, 10 minutes later he sends me a detailed email of where to buy the items that fit my budget, with setup instructions, from vendors within my price range. He helped me even though he wasn't getting a sale out of it. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Highly recommend!! And I love what Ibought based on Joe's recommendations.

Ultra Tech is truly an amazing service. Not only are the resources professional and top notch. They really care about doing the job right. My installers, Jonathan and Joseph were extremely detail oriented and passionate in what they do. They showed initiative and high problem solving skills by ensuring the install was functional, scalable, and beautiful.It is also worth noting they are understanding and will work around the client's time and availability. Extremely happy with Ultra Tech and we will be using their services again!

I am likely a bit more obsessed than most with an audio video installation. Joe, John and Ultra did an outstanding job. Why 5 stars? The install looks right and it works! They made and showed up on time for every appointment. They communicated clearly with email confirmation when an appointment was made. Then personal communication from Joe on timing the day of the appointment. It’s important to keep the customer informed and they did. My install took a while waiting for a wooden TV surround to be built and installed. 2 months later Joe and John were on back on site to finish the install. Consistent performance each visit. The install looks great. Joe had to come up with some creative solutions due to existing cabinetry and he did. He’s also conscious of wire management. A job well done.

I was very pleased with the apparent knowledge and the evident professionalism of the team from Ultra Tech. They were able to recommend equipment that fit our needs, both in terms of effectiveness and cost. They were also extremely response in both completing their work as promised and getting back to me to answer any questions that I had. The team left me with a confidence that I was working with people that would be there for us if we needed help in the future.
