I am writing not because of the work that Unifylink did, but how they handled a unique situation. We had an issue arise where we no longer needed the services of Unifylink and I explained this very clearly to Sam. I was concerned that we may have lost our $495 but this wasn't the case...they actually understand what had happened and refunded 100% of my initial payment. Needless to say, if for some reason our current provider does not work out, Sam, Stephanie and Jeff at Unifylink will be first call. They earned a lot of trust from me for their actions...they didn't have to do this but did, which I really appreciated!

We have worked with Jeff on our social media advertising for years now and couldn’t be happier! We have had incredible results with Facebook advertising and are now giving Instagram a try. It has definitely increased our sales, not to mention they’re very easy to work with and always friendly and attentive to our needs.

Was cold called today and experienced the same thing that others complained about. The sales associate peaks the interest then they put you on hold to speak to their “floor manager.” As a sales person myself I couldn’t take being talked at and their pushy sales tactics to obtain your credit card info without offering any value to the consumer. Don’t waste your time. Look at the other reviews and you will see what I’m talking about

I just received a call from a rep named "Julie”. After sometime on the phone, I requested my ROI (Return of Investment") on a $400 investment. Shortly after, I was handed over to the floor Manager without any warning (Julia was new and could not answer my questions regards to my investment). The floor Manager then asked me "What do you think, should I keep her?” Putting aside his unprofessional response, I continued to ask for an ROI ("Return of Investment") on my $400 investment. He had no answers other than "It's incredible, we have lots of buyers and sellers". I then asked for solid proof to view, or agents I can refer to for facts. He then said "I have an agent by the name of ***** who has had 32 leads, 2 listings, and has 3 buyers in South Jordan". I asked him about how they claim to have one agent per zip code. He then proceeded to back track and say, "Oh, yes, she is actually getting licensed in another state". After catching him in a lie, I stated I was no longer interested. His response was "No worries, we need agents that are go-getters”. This is not a professional way to earn anyones business. Obviously they are aware of my sales from pulling my sold history on Zillow, and sought out to target me and my business. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone nor any of my peers.

We are happy with the way Unifylink has treated us, these guys always answer all of our questions with patience and provide real knowledge. We feel that the campaign was tailored to our business wants and needs. Would recommend to friends overall!

No issue was too small for attention, they have an impressive depth of knowledge and are always available. I cannot speak highly enough of Unifylink, they have significantly contributed to the growth of my business.

Highly dissatisfied with the services provided. Their initial sales person was a brilliant closer but the the service was a TOTAL waste of my money. They did not generate more than about 5 new followers in the first month and no resulting sales. Buyer beware!
