Client Review on Union Street Media

Union Street media is very disappointing as a web design and service provider. About a year ago I hired Union Street for my brokerage and have found them disorganized, slow, hard to communicate with, and they had absolutely no urgency whatsoever to get our site up and running. It was actually about 3-4 overdue. When I told the sales representative about this, and asked what we could do to fix it...(very politely and professionally I might add) He argued with me a told me we were right on target - this was after the person actually working on the site told me they were definitely behind. Not worth the time, effort, or the money.
