Called nunerous times to have valuable package held. Because the delivery was a ove week late, I worried. I had talked to three different people. All assured me that a notice was left with my carrier to LEAVE the package at the post office for me to pick up . Luckily. I kept calling every morning.Nearly trhee weeks after being shipped from N.C. my package was at the post office and MY CARRIER WAS GETTING READY TO LOAD IT FOR DELIVERY. I told them to hold it AGAIN. Obviously, no one has a clue about communicating with other employees. I also have had vacation holds where they didn't deliver my mail on the date specified on the hold card. Thank goodness that most of my correspondence is done electronically.
