Don't bother expecting packages to arrive without damage. We have had multiple instances where packages arrived broken, ruffled through, items damaged, and on more than one occasion parcels LABELED "Live Plants extremely FRAGILE" Was SHOVED into a letter box 4 times too small for the parcel! He shoved it in and damaged 3 out of 4 plants . another occasion a parcel was labeled FRAGILE and was ripped open from almost all sides. Don't bother trying to make a complaint or to collect the insurance on packages because they will downright refuse. The phone line? Hung up on 8 times in one day trying to correct the situation. Overall terrible
