Unitel Direct have provided my business Telecom and Broadband service for 3 years. Last week I engaged them to promote my business via the internet, they have created 4 domain names, which within hours has resulted in my business being in pole position on Bing, Google & Yahoo within the first 24-48 hours. I am impressed at the speed with which they have carried out the work that we agreed.I must confess I was initially a little concerned as to the cost, but unlike any other advertising process this is cheap and very efficient by comparison. In addition the results of their efforts are quite plain for all to see! The staff I have spoken to have been very helpful, clearly taking pride in what they have achieved on my behalf in such a short space of time.

This company is a nightmare to deal with and never contact paying customers, I was silly to renew for this year but i assure you the direct debit will be cancelled as of today. I renewed with Helen last month, she promised she will be there to help when i needed to contact her but not one call or email has been returned. Do not use this company for website.

Unitel employee some superb people. Samson has just answered the phone to me having a rant about our bills. Quick discovery our newly fitted alarm is hooked up to a premium rate number, that Samson has now blocked. Brilliant service from Unitel

Unitel Direct mis sold me an SEO package where they promised me to bring my website ranking at the very top of the first page in google ranking, I was surprised how someone can confidently say that, I thought they must have explored a way to do that.I repeatedly asked them are you sure about that they re-assured yes, it is. But after signing (verbally over the phone) the B2B contract I found they are nothing but a directory service provider. They added my business listing in their directory, nothing else. My ranking was nowhere near in google 1-4 pages even after 6 months, now they say google ranking is not guaranteed. I couldn’t take them to court as courts are reluctant to handle cases that involve B2B contracts.

Fantastic people and company, we genuinely love Unitel, the people we have worked with over the past 6 years are brilliant, friends with the guys we have worked with actually. A complex business with complex needs (ip address changing each day) has proved a headache with EVERY firm we have been with , Unicom, BT, Wannadoo, Plustel- ETC. Unitel started out being the same but quickly understood our business model (remote CCTV access on behalf of high profile clients) and a solution was delivered for us to login in each day and request a new IP. Were staying PUT!!!!! we fight calls off daily, sometimes multiple calls and we would NOT move our services to anyone else. Loyal until the day is long.

do not use them, they constantly call you when they want you to set up an account then after you pay they don't do anything to help you when you ask them for assistance. Just getting a vat invoice was a nightmare. They just want to lock you in a 12 month contract forever ( if you want the website or listing they have built) using your business to do it.
