Overall Feedback:
Lived here for a year and ran into some problems that never got fixed so I'm leaving the review for whichever poor soul is considering a place in the george ann complex (apt 1). I had a waterfall coming from the ceiling of the bathroom which took months for them to believe me was happening because they couldn't reproduce by simply turning on the shower. (I took video and eventually that convinced them to look harder). Whatever patch they implemented was shoddy because months later I came home to water everywhere on the floor and ceiling. As a result half the time the air is really humid and muggy and a sewer smell fills the apt. The heaters don't work well enough but no one believes you because it blows semi-warm air half the time. Also it's not free printing or coffee unless you rent their fob for $60. The one good thing is they did return my security deposit in the end but they did not fix any of the issues. I would not go back.
