We've been customers for over 6 years now, but never have we had such poor, rude customer service!Got pricing from them as always, but, because times are tight, we also got pricing from others as well. Once UG gave pricing and we agreed, they came back with additional charges. We said NO and dropped it, then went with another vendor. That was Jan '10, then we got a bill for cancellation of the order here in April! BOGUS!! We never agreed to the new charges and so never had an order. Feel like they weren't playing fair!!
