Every night for two weeks at 9pm my internet speed is cut to NOTHING. My husband called you and you told him you would have a technician call him back A WEEK AGO. Did you guys think we wouldn’t notice?? Not the first time this has happened either! Someone better call me back and fix this garbage! And no my equipment is not out of date because you JUST replaced it! Absolutely furious with this company!

I live on the county. Unwired is one of the few choices that are offered. They are quite a bit more expensive than their competition, but much more reliable.

I recently signed up with these guys and they’re absolutely amazing. The speeds are solid and I can stream Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, EVERYTHING I need 1080p without buffering!I have been saved from rural life.

My experience was great they got my service up and running asap, there was a little issue in the beginning not getting service but that was promptly taken care of. Service is a little more expensive then other ISP's however there is no data cap, if you live in a rural area in the Central Valley it's just a no brainer solid service, I'm on the 9Mbps plan and it feels so much faster than that; it just works Youtube, Facebook, Netflix works ABSOLUTELY AMAZING it's made country living for me much more enjoyable!For the people complaining about slower speeds there is a 30day trial if you're not able to figure out if its working for you within those 30 days I don't know what to say at that point.

I got fast efficient service from Eric. He was able to quickly confirm that everything was ok up to my router. With the hints that he provided I was able to locate the problem and fix it in my own network. Always good service and internet access out here in the "wilderness".

Living out in the country, it used to be nearly impossible to find decent internet service, but then along came UnWired. We've been genuinely happy with the speed and reliability, and their customer service is always friendly and helpful.

The only service, including those that advertise WIFI anywhere, that actually covers us with great wWIFI and internet I the Hanford area. Great service and very easy to work with.

We recently had to move our connections service came out within a day and moved everything without any difficulty. We love Unwired for our internet service. There are not a lot of options in the country and once we atarted with Unwired we never looked back. We now have Roku and stream without difficulty.
