Brought my early 2013 Macbook Pro Retina to be serviced for a failing battery, password on file vault needed to be removed and stuck/dead pixels were around centre of screen. They took close to two weeks before sending my machine back without the bottom of the case screwed on and said after running their tests they couldn't find any stuck/dead pixels. I had to wait another week to receive my screws and a screwdriver to come in the mail from the place. So close to 3 weeks without my machine. I was charged close to $130.00 for piss poor service in my opinion and complained to Apple. Apple later serviced my machine, finding the obvious stuck pixels and replacing the monitor free of charge. It took only two days for Apple to fix and send me my machine back.If you need your apple machine serviced and have apple care, just send it to apple and save yourself the headache of dealing with these idiots.
