I have been with Upsource for nearly 6-7 years. I have tried local, regional and national companies. These companies in my mind fell so far short of their promises that it was pitiful. I have been an attorney for 27 years.Upsource has been the only marketing company that has fantastic customer services, excellent technical support and established a warm and productive relationship with me.True to their promises, their marketing has been extremely productive and delivered on their promises and my expectations. Their services cover many areas and I have not been disappointed. They are quick to solve problems and quick to address my needs. They also designed my web page and just redesigned it. It is an interactive company that exchanges suggestions and makes my marketing experiences that much better and very productive.I am grateful to the staff and its president.I recommend Upsource highly and without reservations. I've been working with Upsource for well over a year now to provide web marketing services for my Portland, Oregon acupuncture clinic. I've worked with several services over the past 15 years in the fast-changing world of the internet. This is the first time I feel I've found a company that is a good fit and top notch on ALL the web marketing services I need, not just one. Most importantly, their work on organic search is getting results - it took about six to nine months, just as predicted, to see ROI. (I don't do pay-per-click advertising.) Here's what I like about Upsource:1. high quality work on design, images, copywriting, blog and SEO2. responsive - quick turn-around on work and any questions, always available to meet with me3. local - I like to meet the team I work with face-to-face.4. stable - having had the experience in the past where a web company suddenly "disappeared," I value working with a company that has some history and has a stable core staff.5. Analytics - the client dashboard allows me to easily evaluate organic rankings and other key information.6. I feel understood - they "get" what my business is about, and that matters!7. Flat monthly fee and no contract - I never feel nickel-and-dimed over my service needs. Everything is included in the monthly rate, even things that are not spelled out in the initial agreement.

I have three things to say about Upsource: Results, Results, and more Results. Others talk a good game to get you to sign up. I have tried them all. No one has ever delivered on their promises the way that Upsource does. Upsource delivers day in and day out. I have never found a more effective company in promoting my firm. Five stars is just not enough.
