Overall Feedback:

Upstream was supposed to create a basic website for us that we would have access to edit/make changes to ourselves. This started 6 months ago. We STILL cannot get into our website, which currently is a disaster. I have tried contacting them via, phone, email and their "contact us" button on their website and have yet to hear back. Maybe because we are a small business and didn't purchase a big enough package for them to care, who knows. What I do know is I am highly disappointed and would NOT recommend them to anyone.
