Very rude on the phone, extremely arrogant and when I tried to explain that I was under a extremely huge time crunch the jerk on the phone laughed at me and told me not to call there ever again. I run a non-profit organization for Veterans and I have interaction with many companies throughout the treasure Valley. Urban Media shall be brought up with and every conversation even if not part of the topic to make sure everyone knows that they think representing a veterans nonprofit organization whose sole purpose is to save lives is a laughing matter and that the organization should never call there again.
