Communication is horrible when it come to things that USBowl is responsible for. The model of a good company to me is one that takes a very proactive stand on communication and problem resolving when a customer is unhappy or an issue arises that is linked to the product USBowl sells and services. I have had multiple issues with USBowls products and I always get the same response....no action taken.

Horrible. Company is poorly organized and poorly run. Parts department is deplorable. I do NOT recommend any business owner to buy products from US Bowling. Machines break down constantly and customer service is less than a 1 star. Run away!!
